Sustainability Committee

The Sustainability Committee consists of DeVry University and Chamberlain College of Nursing students, faculty and staff dedicated to creating a sustainable educational environment at the Addison Campus and in our surrounding communities. Every year, the committee hosts a Sustainability Fair in late spring to showcase sustainable practices that everyone can use! Our next fair will be held on:

Thursday, April 17th, 2014
2:00 - 5:00 pm
Addison Campus -- Commons

This year, we took part in a "Green Audit" performed by the local non-profit, SCARCE. Based on the results of our audit, the committee has put together a campaign to implement small changes that can make a big difference.

Join us on our 6 month Campaign to Sustain our campus and community! Each month we will be promoting a new "green" initiative that encourages sustainable practices at work, at school and at home. Students, faculty and staff are asked to do their part to help reduce the carbon footprint of our campus.

Interested in joining the committee or helping out at the fair?
