To appeal a final grade, students must contact the professor no later than Sunday of Week 2 of the 8-week session immediately following the session in which they took the course.
If the grade issue remains unresolved after reviewing the grade with the professor, students may appeal the grade by Week 8 of the following session. The final grade has the potential to be raised, lowered or remain the same. To request a grade appeal, go to my.devry.edu, select the Ask Us a Question link, and submit a Grade Appeal case.
Grade appeals must be resolved no later than Tuesday of Week 2 of the next session immediately following the session in which they took the course to be conferred in the previous session.
